At CottonNow, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You may return your purchase within 30 days from the order date for a full refund. To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@colex.group with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  • This policy applies only to orders made through www.cottonnow.store and does not include purchases made through third-party platforms like Amazon or other retailers.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, whether opened or unopened.
  • If you purchased a bundle, all items must be returned for a refund to be processed.
  • Used face towels are non-returnable, given the nature of the product.

Return Process

  • For US customers: A prepaid return label will be provided. The return shipping cost of $5 will be deducted from your refund.
  • For international customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping or duties for international returns.

Please return your order within 10-15 days of receiving the return label. Orders shipped outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund shipping fees for orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@colex.group.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@colex.group with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.
