Location and Shipping Carriers

CottonNow is located in the United States, and standard shipping fees apply. We primarily use USPS and DHL for shipping but reserve the right to select alternative carriers when needed.

International Orders and Fees
Orders shipped outside the United States and Canada may be subject to brokerage and/or customs fees upon delivery. CottonNow is not responsible for these additional charges, which are the recipient's responsibility. Brokerage fees are determined by the relevant agencies and may vary. We recommend waiting for our full international shipping support to be available to avoid any inconvenience.

Address Errors
If the shipping information provided during checkout is incorrect and not updated before shipping, additional waiting time and shipping charges will apply to resend your order. We are not responsible for shipping charges on orders with incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer comprehensive international shipping options. International shipping costs are based on the weight of the package. Any duties or additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to expand our international shipping capabilities.

Order Fulfillment

Please allow 2-5 business days for the processing of your online order. While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates.

For subscription orders, we offer same-day shipping except on weekends and holidays. These orders typically move into processing within 1-3 hours to meet shipping expectations.

Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation as long as the order has not entered the processing stage. Once an order is marked as "Processing" or "Shipped," it cannot be canceled and must be returned upon delivery for a refund.

Please allow 48 business hours for a response. In case of issues like non-delivery or missing items, it may take up to 48 business hours after confirmation of your request for resolution.
